一種近單模態雙纖衣晶纖製造方法,係包含:一晶纖製備程序,係進行一擴散互融過程一次而製備一雙纖衣晶纖;及一纖心調整程序,係將該雙纖衣晶纖重新進行該擴散互融過程至少一次,直到該雙纖衣晶纖之纖心直徑值縮至一近單模態纖心直徑值。一種雙纖衣晶纖之加工方法,係包含:一調整步驟,係由一雙纖衣晶纖開始進行一擴散互融過程,使該雙纖衣晶纖之纖心直徑縮小;及一判斷步驟,係判斷該雙纖衣晶纖之纖心直徑值是否縮至一預定直徑值,若判斷為是,則結束進行該擴散互融過程,若判斷為否,則待結束進行該擴散互融過程後,再進行該調整步驟。 A fabrication method of few-mode double-clad crystal fibers is disclosed. The fabrication method comprises a fiber-preparing procedure and a core-tuning procedure. The fiber-preparing procedure prepares a double-clad crystal fiber during a collapsing process. The core-tuning procedure tunes a core of the double-clad crystal fiber during at least one collapsing process until the diameter value of the core is reduced to a diameter value of the core of the few-mode double-clad crystal fibers. A processing method of double-clad crystal fibers is disclosed. The processing method comprises a tuning step and a determination step. The tuning step tunes a core of a double-clad crystal fiber by starting a collapsing process to reduce a diameter value of the core. The determination step is judging the diameter value of the core whether reduced to a preset diameter value to stop the collapsing process or not to run the tuning step again after stopping the collapsing process.
