定量型雙波段紅外線乳癌診斷系統之硬體架構Mechanism Of Quantitative Dual-Spectrum IR Imaging System For Breast Cancer

此應用於乳癌檢查的定量型雙波段紅外線影像系統機台,主要機構由兩台成對具有敏銳溫度敏感度,及高空間解析的長波段及中波段紅外線相機所組成。透過架設在承載受測者座椅上的兩個十字校正標記,可協助調校兩台相機彼此的光軸設置在同一水平面上。本機台所設計之9個調校的自由度,提供了此影像系統之高再現性與高調節性。此機台系統可確保同一受測者和兩台相機位置在不同檢查時間點都能一致,還可依不同體型之受測者調整與相機之間的相對距離。因此,此發明具有提供配合做為乳癌偵測和監控化療效果應用之潛力。 A mechanism of quantitative dual-spectrum IR spectrogram (QDS-IR) system for examine the breast cancer is reported. The major mechanism of the system is a pair of long-wave Infra-red (LIR) and middle-wave Infra-red (MIR) cameras with the keen temperature sensitivity and the high spatial resolution. The optical axis of cameras are corrected by the help of two calibration markers set up on the seat for carrying an object to make them parallel to each other and locate on the same level. The design provides an image system with the high reproducibility supported by 9 free degrees and the high adjustability. The proposed system could ensure the positions of the object and two cameras are the same at the different time points and find the best relative positions between the seat and two cameras for the objects with different body types. Therefore, it has potential ability to detect breast cancer or monitor the effect of chemotherapy.
