技術說明

本資訊機房之「散熱與節能整合設計技術」，主要由兩個階段來完成：第一階段為「資訊機房之最佳散熱模式設計」，藉由加裝隔板來改變機房內部之溫度與流場分佈之方式，規劃出四種不同之散熱設計方案，並找出具最佳散熱效果之散熱模式。第二階段則為「冷卻系統空調參數之節能優化設計」，藉由變更不同冷卻系統空調參數組合，以探討機房在不同空調環境操作下之散熱與節能效果，並進一步篩選出可避免機櫃過熱，又可減少能源浪費之數組較佳空調參數組合，再帶入冷卻系統空調花費函數進行耗電花費之計算與經濟效益之評估與比較，進而求出最省能之一組最佳空調參數組合，以完成「資訊機房散熱與節能之最佳化整合設計」。 The integral design method of cooling and energy saving for a large information room (IR) is performed by applying numerical methods combined with integral design process. It is performed by two stages. The first stage is focus on the optimal design of cooling models of IR. First, several cooling models associate with a general IR are planed and designed by adding clapboards to change the flow direction of cool and hot air in the room. Then, the influences on the temperature and flow filed due to the change of cooling model will be investigated by applying the numerical method to execute a serious of three dimensional flow field simulation associate with these IRs with different cooling models respectively and compare the numerical results. Furthermore, the optimum cooling model of the IR will be found and taken as the base room of energy saving optimization in the second stage.
