技術說明

一種高靈敏光干涉儀，包含第一、第二光波導元件及填充體，第一光波導元件包括相反的第一、二端面，第二光波導元件靠抵該第一光波導元件，並包括一管壁，該管壁界定與該第二端面連接的通道，填充體填於通道且此材質是異於管壁的材質，填充體、管壁與第二端面的區域形成空腔，而使入射光波經第二端面與行進於空腔時部分改變行進方向的光形成向第一端面行進的干涉光波。本發明藉由填充體填充於通道而供空腔體積隨外界環境的改變而靈敏地變化以變化干涉情形。本發明還提供此光干涉儀的製作方法以及具有此干涉儀的感測系統。 A kind of highly sensitive interferometer includes the first device, the second optical waveguide device, and a filler. The first optical waveguide device includes the first surface and the second surface. The second waveguide device is next to the first device, and includes a tube wall. The tube wall defines a channel connected to the second surface. The filler is filled in the channel and its composition is different from the tube wall’s composition. The filler, the tube wall, and the second surface form an air-gap, and then let an incident light passing through the second surface and a light partially changing direction in the air-gap form a interference light. The interference varies from the volume of air-gap which varies sensitively from outside environment by means of the filler filled in the channel. Our invention also provides a method for producing the interferometer, and a sensing system with the interferometer.
