(1)中文 超臨界發泡技術因其發泡之特點,使得產品具有高減重比,高耐衝擊強度以及高彈性等特點,已經廣泛應用至許多領域當中,但也因為產品發泡之特點,使得產品表面產生缺陷,且產品內部之泡體控制不易,容易有大形氣泡產生進而影響產品機械性值,產品品質及良率容易受到上述兩大項因素所影響。因此本技術應用可動式模具以及氣體反壓技術,透過氣體反壓技術在充填階段時打入一定壓力之惰性氣體,藉此提高模穴內之壓力,以抑制其發泡情形,當充填階段結束後給予一小段延遲時間,待產品表面冷卻凝固後將模仁退後並卸除反壓壓力,藉此降低模穴內壓力使泡體開始發泡。本技術搭配可動式模具與氣體反壓於超臨界發泡製程中,可獲得產品表面良好且泡體均勻之發泡產品,大幅提升發泡產品之良率與品質。 (2)英文 Supercritical foaming technology has been widely used in many fields due to its foaming characteristics, such as high weight loss ratio, high impact strength and high elasticity. However, due to the characteristics of product foaming, the surface of the product is defective, and the control of the product bubble is not easy. It is easy to have large bubbles and affect the mechanical value of the product. Product quality is easily affected by the above two factors. Therefore, we use movable molds and gas counter pressure technology. Injecting a high-pressure inert gas through the gas counter pressure technology during the filling stage, thereby increasing the pressure in the cavity to suppress the foaming situation. When the filling stage is finished, a short delay time is given. After the surface of the product is cooled and solidified, the mold core is retracted and the gas counter pressure is removed, thereby reducing the pressure in the cavity to cause the foam to start foaming. The technology is matched with the movable mold and the gas counter pressure in the supercritical foaming process, and the foam product with good surface and uniform foam body can be obtained, and the yield and quality of the foamed product are greatly improved.
