技術說明

本發明係揭露一種分級產品資源規劃系統及其方法，該系統包含一輸入模組以及一規劃模組，輸入模組接收晶片資訊、製程資訊、分級產品資訊以及訂單資訊。晶片資訊包含晶片採購成本以及晶片庫存成本；製程資訊包含製程之產出分佈以及生產成本；分級產品資訊包含分級產品庫存成本；訂單資訊包含客戶訂單之銷售金額以及未滿足訂單懲罰成本。規劃模組根據銷售金額，扣除晶片採購成本、生產成本、晶片庫存成本、分級產品庫存成本以及懲罰成本來計算利潤，並經由規劃各個模組之資源分配方式，以獲得最大之利潤。 The input module is used to receive a wafer information, a manufacturing process information, a classification product information and an order information module. The wafer information comprises a wafer purchasing cost and a wafer inventory cost；the manufacturing process information comprises a production distribution and a production cost for the manufacturing process； the classification product information comprises a classification product inventory cost； the order information comprises a sales amount of customer orders and a penalty cost by unmet orders. The planning system calculates a profit by deducting the wafer purchasing cost, the production cost, the wafer inventory cost, the classification product inventory cost and the penalty cost from the sales amount. The profit gets the maximum value by planning resource allocation of each module.
