本發明係提供一種以溶凝膠技術製備錫酸鋅尖晶石螢光薄膜，特別是於基板上經旋轉塗佈製備透明膠體薄膜，經熱退火製備奈米晶型之錫酸鋅尖晶石薄膜；該螢光薄膜具有高效率發光強度、短餘暉、及高白光演色性；本發明之螢光薄膜可直接塗佈在基板上，具有量產及大面積化之潛力，且設備較簡單，操作容易，可大幅降低製造成本，對於改善發光效率之可靠度與穩定性及節省能源具有顯著功效。 This invention provides a sol–gel technology for the production of white light-emitting zinc stannate spinel phosphor thin films. Especially the transparent xerogel films are prepared by spin-coating on substrates, and phosphor films are produced by thermal annealing. The phosphor films have high efficient emission intensity, short afterglow and high white-light color purity. The phosphor films can be directly coated on substrates, and has the potential of mass production and large area. The invention is simple and easy to operate, which can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost, and has significant effects on improving the reliability and stability of luminous efficiency and saving energy.
