穩定發光二極體光功率的數位脈波驅動裝置

本發明主要以MCU產生脈波訊號,利用脈波寬度調變(PWM)來驅動LED,因為LED在發光時容易受到溫度影響,改變輸出光功率及光通量,所以利用LED隨溫度上升,順向偏壓下降的特性,作為溫度檢知功能,並利用脈波寬度調變補償LED隨溫度上升而下降之光功率及光通量,來達到自動定光功率及光通量之目的。結合Zigbee無線傳輸技術,完成發送端可調控顏色及功率,接送端維持光功率穩定的電路系統。 The present invention is mainly use MCU to generate pulse signal, and pulse width modulation (PWM) driving LED, because LED easily affected by temperature to change the output optical power and luminous flux, so using the characteristics of LED as temperature increase and decrease the forward bias to complete the function of temperature detecting, and using pulse width modulation to compensate failing the optical power and luminous flux of LED with increasing temperature, achieving the purpose of automatic optical power and luminous flux control. To combine of Zigbee wireless technology achieving the circuit system that transmitter can control color and power, receiver keeps the automatic optical power control circuit system.
