技術說明

本發明"毛細管塗佈裝置及其方法"之主要目的即是提供一種毛細管塗佈裝置與其方法，以解決既有非連續式微區塊塗佈方法(如轉印法(stamping)、噴墨法(ink-jet printing)、條紋式塗佈法(stripe coating)等)中所存在之缺失。本發明所設計之毛細管塗佈裝置包括至少一毛細管、至少一組毛細管支架、至少一移動機構與至少一塗佈基板。而其方法係透過至少一裝填欲塗佈流體之毛細管，藉由欲塗佈流體與塗佈基板之毛細力，將塗佈基板沾濕，而透過移動機構之帶動，於塗佈基板上進行塗佈動作，並且定義區塊圖案。 This invention offers a capillary coating device and method to improve the disadvantages in existing discontinuous pattern coatings. This invention includes at least a capillary tube, its frame, a traversing and a substrate. By using the capillary force between the substrate and the fluid in the capillary tube, the latter will be coated on the substrate and formed the pattern defined by the programable traversing device.
