一種頻率轉換式頻率調制自我注入鎖定雷達包含一自我注入鎖定振盪單元、一頻率轉換單元、一天線單元、一解調單元及一運算單元,該自我注入鎖定振盪 單元輸出一振盪訊號,該頻率轉換單元將該振盪訊號轉換為一頻率調制連續波訊號,該天線單元將該頻率調制連續波訊號發射為一發射訊號至一區域並接收 該區域反射之一反射訊號為一接收訊號,該頻率轉換單元將該接收訊號轉換為一注入訊號並注入該自我注入鎖定振盪單元,該解調單元對該振盪訊號解調而 得到一同相解調訊號及一正交解調訊號,該運算單元藉由該同相解調訊號及該正交解調訊號求得一基頻訊號,並對該基頻訊號進行頻譜分析以求得頻域之該 基頻訊號中至少一音調之一相位及一頻率,且該運算單元根據該音調之該相位及該頻率判斷該音調是對應一個物體或多個物體。 A frequency-converted frequency-modulated self-injection-locked radar includes a self-injection-locked oscillator, a frequency-converted unit, an antenna unit, a demodulation unit and a computing unit. The self-injection-locked oscillator outputs an oscillated signal, the frequency-converted unit converts the oscillated signal into a frequency modulated continuous wave signal. The antenna unit transmits the frequency modulated continuous wave signal as a transmitted signal to an area, and receives a reflected signal reflected from the area as a received signal. The frequency- converted unit converts the received signal into an injection signal and injects the injection signal into the self-injection-locked oscillator. The demodulation unit demodulates the oscillated signal for obtaining an in-phase demodulated signal and a quadrature-phase demodulated signal. The computing unit computes a baseband signal by the in-phase demodulated signal and the quadrature-phase demodulated signal, and analyzes the spectrum of baseband signal to obtain a phase and a frequency of at least a tone of the frequency domain baseband signal. The computing unit determines the tone which corresponds to an object or a plurality objects by the phase and the frequency of the tone.
