技術說明

一般仍採用非隔離式升壓轉換器以獲得較高的輸出電壓。就一般最常使用的傳統升壓轉換器而言，其電壓轉換比理論上可達無限大，但就實際應用而言，由於元件均存在著寄生參數，使得電壓轉換比受到限制，當責任週期越大，元件上的寄生參數反而造成轉換比下降，進而導致整個系統不穩定。因此，此專利乃提出一單開關隔離式升壓轉換器，此轉換器乃由傳統返馳式轉換器及電荷幇浦衍生而來，且具有一個輸出電感，因此輸出電流為非脈動式電流。除此之外，此轉換器相較於傳統返馳式轉換器亦具有幾個優點，例如：兩者有相同的開關應力、所提轉換器只須額外加入四個元件即可得到高的升壓轉換比且有較小的電壓及電流漣波。最後將以實作電路來驗證此電路的可行性。 In this patent, a single switch isolated voltage-boosting converter is presented, which is derived from the traditional flyback converter and charge pump concept. The proposed converter possesses an output inductor, so the output current is non-pulsating. Moreover, there are several advantages of the proposed converter over the traditional flyback converter, such as higher voltage conversion ratio with only additional four passive elements, and smaller voltage and current ripples, except the same switch voltage stress. Finally, some experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed converter.
