技術說明

一種光輔助生化感測器，係以光定址電位感測器(Light Addressable Potentiometric Sensors,LAPS)為基礎所製成，包含有半導體基底與感測層，用以檢測受測溶液之特定離子或生物物質濃度，同時，在半導體基底背表面直接製作有發光元件，可發出光線並直接照射於半導體基底，以提昇半導體基底的光電傳導特性，進而縮小遲滯現象及具有高的感測靈敏度，並且，本發明係可藉由積體化的特色，將製作成本顯著降低，亦得以便於攜帶及進行即時偵測，藉以達到更為廣泛的偵測與應用範圍。 A light auxiliary biosensor is disclosed and is made from light-addressable potentiometric sensors (LAPS). The biosensor, comprising a semiconductor substrate and a sensing layer, is provided to examine the specific ion or biomass concentration of solution to be examined. Meanwhile, a light-emitting unit is directly made on the back surface of the semiconductor substrate and directly irradiates with light on the semiconductor substrate to improve the photoelectric conduction quality of the semiconductor substrate. Furthermore, the hysteresis phenomenon can be suppressed and the high sensitivity can be obtained. The invention can greatly reduce the production cost through the integration feature and is easy to carry and execute a real-time detection to achieve wide ranges of detection and application.
