技術說明

本發明揭露一種用以對一滾筒模具進行表面圖案化之模具製作系統，其中該滾筒模具包含一透明中空滾筒以及設置於該透明中空滾筒之一外表面上之一高分子層。該模具製作系統包含一雷射產生裝置、一光路改變裝置以及一控制裝置連接該光路改變裝置，其中，該雷射產生裝置係用以產生一超快雷射，該光路改變裝置則能設置於該透明中空滾筒之一內部空間以接收該超快雷射。該控制裝置能控制該光路改變裝置以導引該超快雷射穿過該透明中空滾筒並聚焦於該高分子層中之一聚焦位置。 A system for manufacturing a mold is used for patterning a surface of a roller mold, wherein the roller mold includes a transparent hollow roller and a polymer layer disposed on an external surface of the transparent hollow roller. The system includes a laser generating device, an optical path adjusting device, and a control device connected to the optical path adjusting device, wherein, the laser generating device is used for generating a ultra-fast laser, and the optical path adjusting device is capable of being disposed in a inner space of the transparent hollow roller for receiving the ultra-fast laser. The control device is capable of controlling the optical path adjusting device to guide the ultra-fast laser to pass through the transparent hollow roller and focus on a focusing position in the polymer layer.
