技術說明

本發明係有關於一種植入體以及製造其之方法。該植入體係包含腎小管上皮細胞之幾丁聚醣系統，可做為極具潛力的移植材料，此外，亦提供一種培養腎小管上皮細胞之方法，係將實務操作上難以培養的腎小管上皮細胞培養於幾丁聚醣基質，且於無血清的情況下，該腎小管上皮細胞可順利生長，且正常表現其作為腎小管上皮細胞應有的通透性以及分泌吸收特徵。該包含腎小管上皮細胞之幾丁聚醣培養系統，由於不含血清且生物相容性佳，是作為移植材料的不二選擇。 於本發明之一態樣中，提供一種植入體，可應用於例如角膜或腎臟植入手術。該植入體包括幾丁聚醣基質以及培養於該幾丁聚醣基質中之腎小管上皮細胞。 The invention relates to an implant and method for manufacturing the same. The implant comprises a chitosan-based substrate and renal tubular epithelial cells, which can be served as a potential implant material and can be used in implant surgery such as eye or kidney. The method not only can culture renal tubular epithelial cells on a chitosan film with serum-free medium, but also the physiological functions of the cells can be maintained.
