技術說明

本創作為一種整合行星齒輪減速機與永磁無刷馬達之電動車輪內齒輪馬達模組，可藉由馬達驅動太陽齒輪，藉由太陽齒輪、行星齒輪與環齒輪之耦合關係驅動該行星架作動力輸出，藉以提供電動車輛前進。藉由上述部件整合以製成電動車輪內馬達之結構，具備以下優點：1. 體積小、重量輕、軸向空間短，2. 機械摩擦損耗減少、整體的效率高，2. 動態平衡特性佳、振動噪音小，4.馬達的頓轉扭矩(Cogging torque)與轉矩連波(Torque ripple)小。 This Invention is the device which integrate planetary gear reducer and permanent-magnet brushless can be used as the power device of electric vehicle. Sun gear of the device is adjacent to motor axle, planeat arm is adjacent to fixed frame, and ring gear is adjacent to the wheel of electric vehicle. This invention has four advantages: 1. smaller volume, less weight, less axial space, 2. less friction loss, higher overall efficiency, 3. better dynamic balancing characteristic, less vibration and noise, and 4. small cogging torque and torque ripple of motor.
