技術說明

本發明係有關於製作兼具螢光性、穿透性和標靶性之多功能奈米油體顆粒，作為癌細胞檢測及標靶給藥之用。其中本發明主要針對癌細胞偵檢測及主動或被動標的傳輸載體(passive and active targeting delivery carrier)設計。此傳輸載體,主要包括:多種奈米油體,此奈米油體包括:(i)在外表面鑲嵌有複數個可與一標的細胞表面之過量表現受體產生有效鍵結之團基之分子，以及(ii)包覆於奈米油內或與奈米油體形成複合物(complex)之生物活性物質或是大量之生化訊號分子如量子點或螢光分子(FITC)。本發明之構想人造油體於癌症診斷醫療上之用途和其製備方法。 Artificial oil bodies (AOB) have a relatively large surface area and can be utilized for entrapment or surface display of a variety of molecules with biological activity. In case where fluorescence chemicals or quantum dots are entrapped within AOB, it leads to the formation of the self- or passive-illuminating micro/nano-particles which can be used to trace the illness stove by acting like an optics signal amplifier in vivo. AOB turn out to be a drug carrier when anti-cancer medicines are captured within the particles. Moreover, by display of an a receptor-recognized ligand on the surface of AOB, the illuminating particles carrying the drug become equipped with the biological functionality. This system depends on the use of AOB as a technique platform to develop a drug-delivery system with the prominent characteristics of targeting function, easy tracing, and bio-compatibility. It will offer an intelligent, prompt, and targeting way for cancer diagnosis and treatment.
