一種西他列汀檢測方法，係適用於檢測血液中之西他列汀，其包含：提供一血液樣品；以8-溴甲基喹啉作為一衍生試劑，將該衍生試劑加入該血液樣品，以獲得一待反應液，並對該待反應液施予一能量，使該衍生試劑與該血液樣品所含有之西他列汀進行一衍生反應，以獲得一衍生溶液，該衍生溶液係含有接合一標記之西他列汀；以一萃取溶劑萃取該衍生溶液，以獲得一萃取液，該萃取液係含有接合該標記之西他列汀；及使該萃取液與一基質形成一結晶狀固態物，以一雷射光束離子化該接合該標記之西他列汀，使該接合該標記之西他列汀形成一氣相離子，並以一質荷比分析器檢測該氣相離子，以獲得一西他列汀強度值。 A method for detecting sitagliptin suitable for detecting sitagliptin in blood is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: providing a blood sample; mixing 8-(bromomethyl)quinoline as a derivatization agent with the blood sample to obtain a reacting solution, followed by applying energy to the reaction solution, permitting a derivatization reaction between the derivatization agent and sitagliptin in the blood sample to obtain a derivatization solution containing a tagged sitagliptin; extracting the derivatization solution by an extractant to obtain an extract containing the tagged sitagliptin; and co-crystallizing the extract and a matrix, followed by firing the co-crystallized mixture by a laser beam to form a vaporized ion, and analyzing the vaporized ion to obtain a value of sitagliptin.
