技術說明

揭示一種利用相位抵消之輸出恆相可調式衰減器，主要包含正交耦合器、成對配置之兩相移器以及一威金森功率合成器，兩相移器具有反向對稱90度以上相移變化之電壓控制類比連續變化，藉由偏壓控制，經該兩相移器之傳輸訊號相位相差調整在0~180度。較佳地，威金森功率合成器之微帶線具有不同阻抗，以補償傳輸訊號之輸出功率差。該衰減器可以改變訊號輸出功率準位，用以調整發射機的發射功率或改善接收機的接收動態範圍。主要是藉由調整相位移達到相位抵消之向量合成，在改變訊號輸出功率過程並維持固定之輸出相位。 Disclosed is a fixed-phase variable attenuator with the phase-cancellation, primarily comprising a Lange coupler, two phase shifters in a paired installation and a Wilkinson power coupler. The two phase shifters has analogue continuous variations of voltage control to reversely and symmetrically adjust signal phase more than 90 degree. By bias control, .the phase difference of transmission signals through the phase shifters can adjusted in a range of 0~180°. Preferably, the micro-strips in the Wilkinson power coupler have different impedances to compensate the difference of the output powers of the transmission signals. The attenuator can change the signal output power level to adjust the transmit power level in the transmitter or to improve the dynamic range of receivers. By adjusting phase shifts as a main mean, the composition of vectors with the phase-cancellation can be controlled and a fixed output phase within the attenuation range can be maintained.
