技術說明

本發明高電壓LED發光裝置，包含有一基板、多個彼此間隔設置於該基板表面的第一、二發光單元、多個第一絕緣層，分別位於該等第一、二發光單元之間的間隙、多個跨越位於該等第一絕緣層表面的導電層、一個延伸電極單元，具有自其中一個第二發光單元的第一電極向上延伸的第一延伸電極，及一個自該另一個第二發光單元的第二電極向上延伸的第二延伸電極；及一個第二絕緣層，位於該第一、二延伸電極之間，覆蓋該發光模組及該等導電層的表面。 The present invention is a high voltage LED light-emitting device comprising a substrate, a plurality of spaced from each other on a first surface of the substrate, the second light emitting unit, a first plurality of insulating layers, which are located in such a first gap, between the two light-emitting unit , a plurality of such first insulating layer is located over the surface of the conductive layer, an electrode unit extends, having a first electrode extending from a first electrode in which a second light emitting unit extending upwardly from the other, and a second light emitting a second electrode of the second electrode extends upwardly extending unit; and a second insulating layer, located in the first, extending between two electrodes, covering the surface of the light-emitting module and such conductive layers.
