技術說明

本發明係提供兩種能結合脂多醣的抗癌胜肽LPSBD0及LPSBD2。此二脂多醣結合胜肽對乳癌、肝癌、肺癌以及大腸直腸癌具有不同程度的毒性；其中肝癌細胞和肺癌細胞對脂多醣結合胜肽較敏感。此外，該二種脂多醣結合胜肽會結合到癌細胞的細胞膜上；高濃度時造成細胞產生大量碎片低濃度時僅造成細胞膜的損傷。因此，本發明的兩種抗癌胜肽LPSBD0或LPSBD2可以與現今的抗癌藥物組成醫藥組成物，提升對乳癌、肝癌、肺癌以及大腸直腸癌的抗癌活性。 The invention provides two anti-cancer peptides (LPSBD0 or LPSBD2), which can bind the lipopolysaccharide. For breast cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer and colorectal cancer, both the peptides and pharmaceutical compositions containing the peptides have the anti-cancer activity. Futhermore, the peptides can bind to the membrane of cancer cells. At high dosage, the two peptides cause cells to produce large amounts of debris; however, at low dosage, these peptides can damage the cell membrane.
