一種用於輔助判斷睡眠呼吸中止症的電腦包括儲存有醫療影像的儲存裝置以及中央處理器，其中中央處理器可執行用於輔助判斷睡眠呼吸中止症的方法。用於輔助判斷睡眠呼吸中止症的方法包括以下步驟：取得醫療影像；建立上呼吸道模型；於呼吸道模型定義最窄載面以及鼻咽交界截面；計算最窄截面的截面積以及鼻咽交界截面的截面積；依據最窄截面的截面積以及鼻咽交界截面的截面積，計算窄縮率；以及提供窄縮率。另外，用於輔助判斷睡眠呼吸中止症的方法更可以進行呼吸流場模擬以得到上呼吸道模型的流場壓力分佈並提供之。 A computer for aiding determination of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) includes a storage device storing with a medical image and a central processing unit (CPU). The method for aiding determination of OSA includes the following steps. The medical image is obtained. A stenosis rate is calculated according to the cross-sectional area of the narrowest cross-section and the cross-sectional area of the nasopharyngeal boundary cross-section. The stenosis rate is provided. In addition, in the method for aiding determination of OSA, a respiratory flow field simulation may be further performed to obtain and provide a flow field pressure distribution of the upper airway model.
