一種非侵入頭戴式立體定位輔助裝置,包含一框架單元、一導引單元。該框架單元包括一具有兩個彼此相對且相間隔的連接臂的框架組、一連接於該等連接臂之間且靠近該等連接臂自由端處的支架組、一可移動地套設於該支架組的第一定位件,及兩分別設置在該等連接臂且彼此相對的第二定位件。該導引單元包括一跨接於該等連接臂且可相對該等連接臂旋轉的載架,及一可移動地套設於該載架的導引模組,該導引模組具有一可移動地套設於該載架的移動件,及一連接該移動件且可相對該移動件旋轉的導引件,該導引件用以設置一醫療用具。 This invention composed of fixing and pointing. In fixing mecha-nism, because of the particular shape of the ear canal and nasion, this invention designed fixing mecha-nism to make non-invasive stereotactic assist device lean on those parts. And it can establish reference coordinate system after putting fixing mechanism to patient's head and it can register different coordi-nate systems without additional apparatus. In pointing mechanism, this study designed it base on global coordinate and let operator can adjust stereotactic assist device to target in few steps. This invention only used mechanism and reduce the cost impact bring from electronic products, and extended the ap-plication of stereotactic technology.
