技術說明

一種金屬管擠製模具,用以將複數個金屬材料擠製成複數個依序相連接的金屬管,該金屬管擠製模具中設置有複數個緩流凸部,藉由該些緩流凸部緩衝通過該金屬管擠製模具的各該金屬材料,並改變各該金屬材料在該金屬管擠製模具中的流向,以降低相鄰金屬管間包含有不規則連接界面的一待移除金屬管區段的長度,以避免切除該待移除金屬管區段後,造成金屬材料浪費。 The present invention discloses a die for extruding metal materials into metal tubes connected sequentially. There are multiple flow-slowing means disposed in the die for slowdown of the metal materials flowing through the die and changing the flow direction of the metal materials in the die so as to reduce the length of insufficient seam having irregular interface between adjacent metal tubes and prevent the wasting of the metal materials.
