量測介電常數之系統及方法

一種量測介電常數之系統包含一共振腔體、一導電探針、一平台、一柱腳、一偵測器以及一運算模組。共振腔體具有一空腔。導電探針用以導入一微波至共振腔體之空腔。平台用以承載一待測物。柱腳設置於平台以及腔壁之間,使平台突出於腔壁。偵測器用以偵測微波於空腔發生共振時之一共振頻率。運算模組依據一共振頻率及介電常數對應關係,以所量測之共振頻率計算出相對應之一介電常數。上述量測介電常數之系統之量測步驟簡便、準確度高且可量測之介電常數範圍廣。同時亦揭露一種量測介電常數之方法。 A system for measuring permittivity includes a resonant chamber, a conductivity pin, a platform, a pillar, a detector, and a computing module. The resonant chamber has a cavity. The conductivity pin is configured for introducing a microwave into the cavity of the resonant chamber. The platform is configured for carrying a sample. The pillar is positioned between the platform and a wall of the resonant chamber, so that the platform protrudes from the wall. The detector is used to detect a resonant frequency when resonance occurs in the cavity. The computing module is configured for calculating a corresponding permittivity by the measured resonance frequency according to a relationship between resonance frequency and permittivity. The above-mentioned system is capable of measuring a broader range of permittivity with simplified measurement steps and higher accuracy. A method for measuring permittivity is also disclosed.
