技術說明

本發明之目的乃解決習知技術之缺點，以提供一種焊接機及其夾持裝置，係可將數組欲進行焊接的工件同時夾持固定，以便於進行批次焊接，提升焊接效率。本發明之次一目的，係提供一種焊接機及其夾持裝置，其進行焊接作業時，可避免因為移動行程的誤差而影響其焊接品質。本發明之另一目的，係提供一種焊接機及其夾持裝置，可對工件的二側同時進行焊接，縮減焊接作業時間。 為達到前述發明目的，本發明提出一種焊接機及其夾持裝置，包含：一機台一工作台，具有一枱面；一夾持裝置，設於該枱面，該夾持裝置具有一夾具及數個輔助夾持組件，該夾具具有可相對靠近或遠離的二夾持面，該二夾持面之間具有至少一工件夾持區，該數個輔助夾持組件設於該二夾持面之間，該數個輔助夾持組件與該至少一工件夾持區呈間隔設置，且任一工件夾持區均被二輔助夾持組件共同夾持；及一焊接裝置，設於該枱面，該焊接裝置之焊接頭係朝向該夾持裝置。 A welding machine with its holding device includes a work table, a first drive components set on this table, a second drive components set on this table, and a clamping components set on the first a drive components. The clamping components has a clamping fixture and several auxiliary components. This clamping fixture has two clamping surfaces, which can be moved to relatively close or away from each other. There is at least one fixture area between these two clamping surfaces to clamp the workpiece. There is a gap between the auxiliary clamping components and the fixture area, and two auxiliary clamping components are used to help the clamping of the workpiece in anyone of fixture area. Further, a welding components is located on the second drive components. The welding head in this welding components is toward the clamping components.
