技術說明

一種不規則物件尺寸之量測方法及其裝置，準備一量測裝置，該量測裝置設有一移動平台、一雷射組、一控制組及一載物平台，該雷射組於該移動平台內設有兩相面對的雷射測距儀，將一待測物件放置該載物平台並往移動至兩雷射測距儀之間，兩雷射測距儀相對該待測物件移動並傳送訊號至控制組進行處理及運算，將所得到的量測結果進行存檔，透過運算出的尺寸與兩雷射測距儀及該載物平台的座標搭配方式，即可繪製出該待測物件的尺寸輪廓，藉以提供一可大幅提昇量測速度與效率且可提高量測精度之不規則物件尺寸之量測方法及其裝置。 The measurement method and device of Irregular object size, to prepare a measurement device, the measurement device is provided with a mobile platform, a laser, a control group and a carrier platfor.
