顧客臨店消費時常需要排隊空等，收銀員只能一個接一個陸續服務，造成多位顧客在排隊時浪費時間。本方法利用客戶於臨店時藉由一資訊交換機制(例如QR條碼)下載該店目錄至個人行動裝置，或是事先由該店網頁下載該店目錄至個人行動裝置，並由同一群之客戶自於行動裝置上勾選決定貨品與數量，確認後再將可能具有重複內容訂單彙集成一張QR條碼(電子訂單)轉給收銀員，雙方可於短時間完成訂購事宜，避免大排長龍。技術特點在於將多位客戶的訂單內容以一QR條碼作為交換，以往3~5分鐘的作業可以縮短至5~10秒。 This invention provides an APP which can be installed in a smart phone. Several customers can order their desired items by the APP. Then, the APP will produce a QR code containing the order list. Next, a clerk scans the QR code and learns what they buy. That is, all the items orderd by multiple customers can be determined within 1 second or fewer. Therefore, the queuing time can be improved as much as we can.
