技術說明

本發明的技術係於執行科技部一般型計畫”電化學放電結合脈衝噴氣及高周波加熱法於玻璃鑽孔加工之研究”過程中，發現放電産生的高熱可以降低材料的機械強度，此概念如果使用於難加工的工件如硬脆性材料的玻璃、航太材料的Inconel及Ti6V4Al等都可以適用。因此，本發明之専利名稱”難加工材料之放電輔助切削加工”係針對上述的原理而産生。在國内外，運用雷射加熱的方式來降低材料的機械強度的専利已有多件被申請，在國際期刊也有非常多的論文證明其技術的可行性，但因雷射設備及維護費用非常高等問題無法解決。而本發明使用的放電加熱方式，將電極設計在刀具内部，在設備及維護費都低簾具有産業競争力的價値。 This invention includes a rotary shaft that is formed with an electric conducting element, an insulation element, and a cutting tool portion. This electric conducting element has a working radius which is smaller than a cutter edge radius. When the electric conducting element is in front of the cutting tool portion along the rotary direction, the insulation element is positioned between the electric conducting element and the cutting tool portion. When the electric conducting element is in the back of the cutting tool portion along the rotary direction, one insulation element is positioned between the electric conducting element and the cutting tool portion and the other one insulation element is positioned between the cutting tool portion and a cutting tool securing device.
