技術說明

本發明揭露一種製備石墨烯量子點之方法，包含以下步驟：（a）將奈米碳球與蘇打放入一球磨機中進行球磨作業，球磨機中具有複數氧化鋯球；（b）經球磨作業後，球磨機中形成一混合粉末，將混合粉末與去離子水混合而形成一混合液；（c）令混合液靜置，等待自然沉降後，取出上清液進行透析作業；以及（d）透析作業完成後，得到一石墨烯量子點水溶液，其中石墨烯量子點的尺寸分布範圍為1至3.5 nm。藉此，石墨烯量子點的尺寸分布較小，製備時間短，步驟簡單，沒有污染環境的疑慮，更具有量產特性。 We report a facile approach to prepare graphene quantum dots (GQDs). (1) ball milling with a mixture of nano carbon spheres、soda and zirconium balls ; (b)After ball milling operation forming a mixed powder, adding deionized water to form a mixture ; (C) the mixture wait for natural sedimentation, and the supernatant is taken out for dialysis ; and (d) after the operation of dialysis is completed, a graphene quantum dot solution is obtained. The GQDs have a size distribution ranging from 1 to 3.5 nm. Thereby, the size distribution of the GQDs is small, the preparation time is short, the steps are simple, there is not the environmental pollution, and the mass production.
