技術說明

葡萄糖胺所聚合而成的多醣類屬多功能之綠色環保材料。本產品為利用葡萄糖胺聚合之多醣類所開發之具溫度警示作用之熱敏感性水凝膠。當環境溫度上升時，分子鏈間極性降低和疏水性增加，使高分子鏈間疏水性增強而凝結成白濁凝膠，待水溶液降溫回到低溫態，混濁水膠亦可復歸原樣形成透明水膠。 嬰幼兒或老弱病患發燒或發熱需進行冷敷時，由於此類患者無法自行判斷或更換冷敷敷料，故需由照護人員更換之。如敷料具溫度警示作用，照護人員可由敷料之顏色變化，判斷是否該為患者更換敷料，將可有效減少照護人反覆查看之次數，省時又便利。 Polysaccharides composed of glucosamine are multi-functional green materials. This product is developed as a thermosensitive hydrogel with color-change to warm the treatment temperature. When the ambient temperature rises, the lower polarity and hydrophobicity increases between the molecular chains. The hydrophobic polymer chains are increased and condense to a white and turbid hydrogel. Cool down to the low temperature, the hydrogel is reversed as the transparent hydrogel. When infant or elderly patients have a fever, they need an ice package to cool down the body temperature. However, they are not easy to judge for themselves or to replace the ice package. If the cold dressing has a temperature warning by color change, it will help the family member to care such patients. It can provide a time saving and convenient way to judge or replace the cold dressing.
