生醫及微奈米結構物質感測晶片及其製備方法

本發明係有關於一種生醫及微奈米結構物質感測晶片及其製備方法。該感測晶片係包括複數奈米金屬顆粒以及一多孔性陽極氧化鋁薄膜,其中該些複數奈米金屬顆粒係完全位於該多孔性陽極氧化鋁薄膜之孔洞內,且覆蓋孔洞之第二端之氧化鋁層之厚度係為5nm至300 nm。當如生醫分子之待測物與感測晶片接觸時,係藉由拉曼光譜法測定拉曼散射訊號。本發明之光轉換之感測晶片結構簡單,製作方法容易,因此具有非常高之商業利用價值。此外,本發明更有關於一種上述感測晶片之製備方法。 A sensor chip for biomedical and micro-nano structured objects and materials and method providing the same are disclosed. The sensor chip of the present invention has plural metal nano-particles and a porous anodized aluminum oxide film, wherein the plural metal nano-particles are completely received in holes of the anodized aluminum oxide film, and an aluminum oxide layer covering a second end of the holes has a thickness of 5nm to 300nm. When a sample such as biomedical molecules and micro-nano structured objects and materials is provided contacting with the second end of the sensor chip of the present invention, a Raman signal is detected based on the Raman spectroscopy. The structure of the sensor chip of the present invention is uncomplicated and the manufacturing steps thereof are simple, and therefore the sensor chip of the present invention is of great commercial worth. Also, a method of manufacturing the above sensor chip is disclosed.
