一種核殼結構之次微米顆粒的製備方法METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CORE-SHELL SUBMICRON SPHERES

本發明係在提供具有核殼結構次微米顆粒的製備方法,其包含如下製備步驟。加熱含有成核單體的乳液,使其溫度為沸騰點下10℃至沸騰點。執行成核步驟,加入起始劑水溶液至加熱後之乳液中,並進行攪拌,以讓成核單體進行無乳化劑乳化聚合反應,以得到核聚合物。執行成殼步驟,當無乳化劑乳化聚合反應的轉換率為10-95 %時,加入成殼單體至乳液中,並在溫度為沸騰點下50℃至沸騰點,加熱攪拌,以形成殼聚合物在核聚合物表面。 A method of manufacturing a core-shell structure submicrospheres is disclosed. The method comprises steps hereafter. A emulsion containing a nucleation monomer is heated to a temperature of 10℃ below boiling point to the boiling point of the emulsion. A nuclei formation step is performed by adding an initiator solution to the heated emulsion under stirring condition to start an emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization thereby forming a plurality of nuclei polymer. When the conversion of the emulsion polymerization is 10% to 95%, a shell formation step is performed by adding a shell monomer into the latex emulsion at a temperature of 50℃ below boiling point to the boiling point of the emulsion under stirring condition thereby forming a shell polymer on the nuclei polymer.
