技術說明

本技術主要係提供一種具氣氛控制之局部電阻熱處理裝置，可針對物件提供局部保護氣氛，以大幅減少保護氣氛使用量者。本技術次一目的提供一種具氣氛控制之局部電阻熱處理裝置，可針對物件需進行熱處理之尺寸而設置，使物件之總體積不受限者。本技術再一目的提供一種具氣氛控制之局部電阻熱處理裝置，除了可提供優良作業環境外，亦可提高物件銲後熱處理品質。 一種具氣氛控制之局部電阻熱處理裝置，係包含：二套設組件，分別與正電極及負電極相接，該二套設組件內部各設有一氣體通道，該二套設組件之氣體通道分別連通一氣體供應裝置之供氣端及抽氣端；及一連接組件，設置於該二套設組件之間，該連接組件與該二套設組件共同構成一氣氛室，該氣氛室與該二氣體通道相連通。 A local electrical resistance heat treatment equipment with a controlled atmosphere is presented, which includes two nested assemblies and a connection assembly. One nested assembly receives to a positive electrode while another nested assembly receives to a negative electrode. Each of the two nested assemblies has a gas passageway inside, which connects to the gas inlet and gas outlet of a gas supplier individually. The connection assembly is set between the two nested assemblies and constitutes an atmosphere room with the two nested assemblies. The atmosphere room connects to the gas passageways of the two nested assemblies.
