鏟花刀具磨耗檢測方法

本發明係一種鏟花刀具磨耗檢測方法,可自動判斷該鏟花刀具需要進行更換或磨刀,提供一即時線上檢測方法。此方法包含以一鏟花刀具對於該待鏟工件進行加工,由一攝影機擷取該待鏟工件的鏟花表面紋理影像並傳送至一影像處理裝置中,對該影像進行影像處理,利用權重方式來分析影像,使鏟花表面紋理磨耗影像經加權運算分析後,可清楚區分出鏟花刀具在磨耗與未磨耗時,小波轉換後之中頻區段的特徵差異,並計算小波轉換後之中頻區段內之值為非零的點數換算成占全圖片大小的多少百分比,判斷其鏟花刀具磨耗率。 Scraping is a key technique in high-precision machine tools. The accumulated tolerance from a machine tool is eliminated by scraping. In general, the traditional scraping process is time-consuming and tedious manual labor. To overcome these shortcomings, A novel automatic scraping system for contact surfaces of scraping workpiece that can increase scraping accuracy is proposed. The automatic scraping system comprises a light-scattering-type triangulation laser, a computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool, an Automatic scraping mechanism, and an analog-to-digital (A/D) card. A computer program automatically determines the scraping location, depth, and angle from the 3-dimensional surface of a workpiece before scraping, and then generates a set of NC codes which are sent to the machine tool to process the scraping motion.
