技術說明

一種極細纖維列印機，設有一移動載台，於該移動載台上設有可受驅動而以一軸以上的方向動作的紡嘴座，於該紡嘴座設有一喉管，在該喉管的底部設有紡嘴，並在該喉管的上下位置設有散熱器與加熱器，在該喉管的頂端連接一進料管，在該進料管的外端連接一擠線器，在該移動載台的周圍設有一列印載台，該列印載台上設有一纖維承載件，在該紡嘴連接一靜電供應器，並將該纖維承載件接地，在紡嘴與纖維承載件之間形成一靜電電場，使該紡嘴噴出的流動態塑膠滴液被拉伸成為極細纖維，並依照操作者的需求將極細纖維收集在該纖維承載件上。 An ultrafine fiber printer includes a moving deck having a spinneret seat disposed on the moving deck capable of moving in at least one dimension. A pipe is installed in the spinneret seat, and a spinneret is disposed at the bottom end of the pipe. The upper portion and the lower portion of the pipe are combined with a heat dissipating unit and a heater, respectively. The top end of the pipe is connected to a feed tube having an outer end connected with a thread squeezer. A print platform is disposed around the moving deck, and a fiber carrier is disposed on the print platform. The spinneret is connected to a static electricity supply, whereas the fiber carrier is grounded. An electrostatic field is formed between the spinneret and the fiber carrier. The droplets exported from the spinneret are stretched into ultrafine fibers within the electrostatic field and collected.
