技術說明

一種等倍率共光路曝光機鏡組，係包括：三面鏡，包含依序排列之第一球面鏡、第二球面鏡、第三球面鏡及第四球面鏡；一球面反射鏡，係配置於該第四球面鏡下方；以及兩平面反射鏡，包含第一平面反射鏡及第二平面反射鏡，係斜置於該第一球面鏡上方；如此，藉上述各光學鏡組擺置形成共軛等倍遠心（Telecentric）構型，俾使物件上之圖案經過各光學鏡組聚焦後形成無畸變之影像。藉此，本發明採用球面及疊合式組裝，使其中四個球面鏡之每一球面鏡及反射鏡之曲率都為球面，以全球面鏡組及二種光學材料相互擺置完成之等倍率共光路曝光鏡組，可使曝光鏡頭之功能更易達到，並可直接影響製造成本，具有元件數少、光件易製（可滿足鏡片製作經驗公式）、校正簡單、抗色差、優化口徑比F/#及成本低之功效。 A common path with magnification mirror exposure group, the Department include: three mirror comprising a first spherical mirror are arranged in order of the second spherical mirror, third and fourth spherical mirror spherical mirror; a spherical mirror, the Department disposed below the fourth spherical mirror ; and two plane mirrors comprising a first plane and the second plane mirror reflector, the Department placed the first ball ramp above the mirror; so, by the above arrangements and optics to form a conjugated magnification telecentric (telecentric) configuration type pattern on the object to enabling after each focusing optics without distortion of the image formed.
