微粒鈉鹽之製造方法method for manufacturing formulated salt

本發明係提供一種微粒鈉鹽之製造方法,其係用以將一般鈉鹽(即,氯化鈉)進行結構重組,進以製得粒徑明顯小於一般鈉鹽的為微粒鈉鹽。並且,實驗結果顯示,根據所使用的載體材料的不同,最終製得之微粒鈉鹽的粒徑大小、堆積密度、白度、水分含量也會不同;儘管如此,實驗資料亦同時顯示本發明所製得之各種微粒鈉鹽皆相較於一般鈉鹽(Table salt)而展現出較高的鹹味被感受能力,係具有一定的潛力能夠應用在低鈉食品之中。 The present invention provides a method for manufacturing formulated salt. By using this method, the structure of a general table salt (i.e., NaCl) can be modified so as to be transform to a plurality of micro-particle salts, i.e., the said formulated salt. Moreover, according to a verity of experimental data, it is able to find that the particle size, bulk density, whiteness, and moisture content of the manufactured micro- particle salts are dependent on the kinds of carrier materials. In spite of that, the experimental data also show that all of the micro-grain salts fabricated by using the present invention’s method reveal higher salty flavor than the general table salt. Therefore, it is surely that the micro-particle salts have great potentiality to be applied in low sodium diet or food.
