技術說明

本發明提供一種三維影像掃描裝置，包含一投影單元、一第一變焦鏡頭、至少一影像擷取單元、至少一第二變焦鏡頭以及一處理單元。透過第一變焦鏡頭變焦令投影單元之投影光線形成不同投射範圍。影像擷取單元用以擷取投影光線為待測物反射之反射光所形成之影像，並透過第二變焦鏡頭變焦即時取得具有低放大倍率及精度之一第一二維影像及高放大倍率及精度之一第二二維影像，經由處理單元進行資料處理後，可得到第一、第二三維影像，並結合高解析度之第二三維影像及低解析度之第一三維影像重建出待測物之三維建模。藉此可提高三維建模之精度。 A three-dimensional scanning device includes a projecting unit, a first zoom lens, at least one image capturing unit, at least one second zoom lens and a processing unit. The first zoom lens generates projecting lights having different projecting areas. The image capturing unit captures images generated form reflecting lights of the projecting lights. A first 2D image having low precision and low amplification ratio and a second 2D image having high precision and high amplification ratio are obtained through the second zoom lens. The processing unit peforms data processing to the low resolution first 2D image and the high resolution second 2D image, thereby generating a first 3D image and a second 3D image. A reconstructed three-dimensional image is generated by merging the high precision second 3D image and the low precision first 3D image. Therefore, the precision of the reconstructed three-dimensional image can be enhanced.
