技術說明

一種光纖流體速度感測裝置與應用於其上之方法，包括：一光源，用以提供一入射光；一導管，用以供一流體流通；一光纖，位於該導管之中，用以傳導光線，包括：一起端，耦接至該光源，用以接收該入射光；一終端，其中該入射光自該終端離開該導管；至少一轉折部，位於該起端與該終端之間，其中該光纖於該轉折部處轉折；以及一光柵，位於該光纖之中，用以調制該入射光與該穿透光；以及一計算單元，耦接至該光纖之該終端，用以接收該穿透光，並依據該光柵之長度、該入射光之功率對時間的關係計算該流體之流速。 An optical fluid-flow velocity sensing apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a light source for providing an incident light; a tube for a fluid to flow therein; an optical fiber, disposed in the tube for transmitting light, further including a start terminal, coupled to the light source, for receiving the incident light; an end terminal, wherein the incident light leaves the tube from the end terminal; a turning section, disposed between the start and the end terminals, wherein the optical fiber turns at the turning section; and a fiber grating, disposed in the optical fiber, for modulating the incident and the transmitted light; and a calculation unit, coupled to the end terminal of the optical fiber, for receiving the transmitted light and calculating the flow velocity of the fluid according the length of the fiber grating and the relationship between optical power of the incident light and time.
