技術說明

本發明”有機揮發物偵測系統”係結合「拋棄式檢測片」與「有機揮發物偵測光學量測系統」所組合而成，有機揮發物的洩漏會對環境造成破壞，並對人體健康有害。常見的有機揮發物檢測儀主要分為兩種，其一係利用感測物質的電阻對於有機揮發物的反應以進行偵測。另一種檢測技術為利用紅外線光譜儀對有機揮發物進行檢測，但其檢測成本較高，且因內部系統易受水氣損耗以及複雜的試片製備而不易維護，導致在工業界不被普遍採用。本發明採用之感測原理與常見的感測技術不同，系統檢測片上附有感測物質，感測時利用此感測物質之光學性質隨有機揮發物濃度的變化，以檢測空氣中有機揮發物的存在和濃度。該感測物質係由高分子複合材料構成，此複合材料會因有機揮發物，造成形態上的變化進而產生光學性質的改變。且本發明的檢測片製造，係採用傳統的低成本鍍膜技術，將以高分子複合材料所構成的感測材料，以旋轉、噴霧或浸置塗佈等製程技術製備。經由本有機揮發物偵測系統內置軟體做校準和計算，儀器將直接顯示出有機揮發物的類型以及濃度。此外，本發明之有機揮發物偵測系統檢測片為拋棄式，系統本身不易受到有機揮發物的污染而損壞，可靠性將大幅被提升，且可大幅延長系統使用壽命。 We have developed volatile organic compounds sensing device consists of disposable volatile organic compounds sensing chip and its optical measurement system. The device will detect the presence and the concentration of volatile organic compounds in air. The sensing element is made from composite material of polymer and nanoparticles which is coated on glass substrate to make sensing chip. The extent of changes depends on the type of the volatile organic compounds. Present invention, using the disposable low cost composite sensing chip in conjunction with cheap visible light source and detector in portable compact fashion or in line monitoring, the volatile organic compounds can be easily detected. The fabrication of sensing chip can be easily done using conventional low cost coating methods such as spin, spray or dip process. With built in computer software to do the calibration and calculation, the instrument will give direct read out the type of organic compounds.
