本發明為關於一種1,2,3-三唑衍生物，其可作為大麻素CB1受體的拮抗劑。此外，本發明之1,2,3-三唑衍生物，可配方成醫藥組成物，用以治療CB1受體訊息傳導相關的適應症。本發明包含一有效劑量之任一化合物及一醫藥可接受載體或稀釋劑。此種醫藥組成物可用於治療肥胖、精神異常、精神性失常、精神分裂、雙極性精神異常、焦慮、焦慮沮喪症、沮喪、認知障礙、記憶障礙、強迫症、厭食症、暴食症、注意障礙、癲癇、神經性疾病、癡呆、帕金森氏症、亨丁頓舞蹈症、阿茲海默症、免疫失調、心血管疾病、呼吸性疾病、內分泌失調、敗血性休克、與呼吸及腸胃系統相關之疾病以及長期藥物濫用、上癮及/或復發之適應症。 The present invention relates to 1,2,3-triazole derivatives which can be used as cannabinoid CB1 receptor antagonists. In addition, the compound of the 1,2,3-triazole derivatives in the present invention can be formulated into a pharmaceutical composition for treating indications relative to signal transduction of CB1 receptors.
