一種形成微流道的方法及微流道結構,尤其是關於一種利用自體具有黏性的雙面膠帶形成微流道圖案,而能省卻額外封裝製程的形成微流道的方法。 本發明提供一種形成微流道結構的方法,包含:提供一帶體,於帶體之至少一表面形成一膠合層;切割帶體而形成若干圖案化之微流道;以及藉由帶體之膠合層黏合一基材。藉由上述方法,於帶體本身即形成所需之微流道結構之圖案,並藉由帶體本身膠合層的黏性,可簡易快速地製作一完整之微流道裝置,並可免除使用額外複雜之封裝製程,可大幅減少成本及工時之耗費。 A method for forming microfluidic structure is provided. The method includes the following steps. A tape is provided, and an adhesion layer is formed on at least a surface of the tape. The tape is diced to form a plurality of patterned microfluidic channels. A base is attached to the tape by the adhesion layer. Through the aforementioned method, a pattern required for the microfluidic structure is formed on the tape itself. And a complete microfluidic device is formed by an adhesion between a base and the adhesion layer. Therefore, an extra packaging process is not required, and a manufacturing time and cost can be reduced.
