技術說明

一種氮化鋁製備方法，係將含有氮氣的氣體與純鋁材料注入一高溫噴流粉碎設備中，而於該高溫噴流粉碎設備內，所注入的純鋁材料會於表面與該氮氣反應生成氮化鋁，而氮化鋁會於該高溫噴流粉碎設備中持續受到撞擊粉碎以形成細的氮化鋁粉末，本發明之方法能夠省去為了解決高溫融聚所產生的各種不必要的成本與繁複處理程序，因此本發明氮化鋁製備方法，確是一個與習用技術不同的製備方法。A method for producing aluminum nitride is disclosed, which includes a process that a nitrogen-contained gas with a pure aluminum powder material injects into the chamber of a high-temperature jet mill, a reaction of aluminum with nitrogen to form aluminum nitride at the surface of the pure aluminum powder during the flight of powders in the gas stream, and the aluminum nitride being continuously hammered with each other, as well as with the chamber wall, is pulverized in fine powders. The invention is able to dissolve the problem of the unnecessary cost and complexed treatment process occurred in the elevated temperature agglomeration of aluminum powders coated with the outside aluminum nitride layer and unreacted aluminum in the inner core of aluminum nitride. It is obviously different from the conventional technique.
