技術說明

一種自動對準與抗飄移機制，藉調整量測探頭與樣品間之相對位置/角度，達到量測儀器中訊號緩慢飄移之補償。在此機制中，一低雜訊低速度之閉迴路控制器負責驅動致動器，藉此調整量測探頭與樣品間之物理距離與角度。材料受熱膨脹或機械應力釋放是造成緩慢訊號飄移的主要因素，這樣的緩慢飄移可透過自動對準與抗飄移機制補償。量測探頭可藉由此機制維持其最偵測靈敏度，用於偵測樣品表面的機械動態震動，例如微懸臂樑或任何使用微機電製程所製作的微結構。 An auto-alignment and anti-drift mechanism is applied for compensation of slowly-varying signal drifts and for adjustment of the distance and/or relative orientation between the displacement sensor and the surface of the object to be measured in a displacement measurement system. An actuator is used in the auto-alignment and anti-drift mechanism for adjusting the physical distance or relative orientation betw¬een the displacement sensor and the surface of object to be measured in the displacement measurement system. It is driven by a low-noise and low-speed feedback control driver to a desired value in the detected displacement signal. The slowly-varying signal drift, which is mainly caused by thermal or mechanical drifts and/or changes in the electronic characteristics of the displacement sensor, can be compensated by the auto-alignment and anti-drift mechanism.
