技術說明

本專利所設計的電動腳輪模組是由馬達驅動蝸桿，再轉動蝸齒輪以及蝸齒輪兩端軸上的輪子。值得注意的是一端輪子直接鎖在蝸齒輪軸上，另外一端則在輪與輪軸間配置一單向軸承，由此可讓連接其上的輪子只能由軸往單一方向（順時鐘或逆時鐘）帶動。藉此單向軸承的特性，左右兩輪將因馬達轉動方向的不同，而分別產生同動與僅單邊輪子轉動的運動。同動時輪子將直線前進，而當僅有單邊輪子轉動時，模組將繞設計的旋轉中心產生自旋，因而改變模組的前進方向。 The patent is about a design of a power wheel module, in which a motor drives a worm, then the worm drives a worm gear so as to drive the two wheels on the ends of the shaft connecting to the worm gear. Note that one of the wheel is directly attached to the shaft, but the other is attached to the shaft through a one-way bearing so that the motor can only drive this wheel in one direction. Due to the characteristics of the one-way bearing, the left wheel and the right wheel, depending on the rotation direction of the motor, will have different motion. When the motor drive in one direction, both of the wheels will rotate in the same direction so that the wheel module will move in a straight line. When the motor drive in the reversed direction, one wheel will rotate in the reversed direction but the other will not move at all. Then the wheel module will spin itself.
