有鑒於鈦金屬的資源有限且價格昂貴，用量隨著生活品質的提升和科技的進步而日益增加，而鈦鐵廢棄物中含有鈦金屬，隨意丟棄不僅浪費資源，進行有價金屬回收程序之建立，也避免污染環境且達到廢棄物質資源再生利用之目的。本發明係提供一種含鈦廢棄污泥回收鈦金屬之方法，先前處理含鈦廢棄污泥，再將含鈦廢棄污泥與碳酸鹽類以適當重量比例進行混合、研磨及高溫鍛燒，再經過一連串水洗、濕式冶煉及過濾後，可將污泥中僅含3%的鈦金屬提升至21%以上，並可去除大部份雜質金屬，達到有效廢棄資源再生利用及妥善保護環境的目的。 The increasing applications of titanium (Ti) metal were promoted by our technology advancement. Owing to resource limitation and high pricing, the recovery of scare but precious Ti from Ti-iron compounds in waste sludge had become attractive. This study was aimed to establish a recovery process of valuable Ti, not only to avoid environmental pollution but to regenerate useful resources.This invention was a method to reclaim titanium metal from waste sludge. Pretreated titanium-containing waste sludge were mixed with carbonate, and then grinded and calcined. The products then washed, wet-melt and filtrated in order to reclaim titanium metal from about 3% to above 21%. This process could also remove other metals and impurities from waste sludge. This invention could recycle resources effectively and protect our environment well.
