技術說明

本發明直接利切換元件的不理想特性將濾波器的功能整合至高頻切換器之中，故在微波收發機前端使用本發明，可以省去額外的微波濾波器。由於所有的切換元件不理想特性都已整合為切換器內部濾波器功能的一部份，因此就不需像傳統切換器一樣，使用多餘的電路來補償切換元件的不理想特性。最後，因為切換元件的不理想特是內部濾波器功能的一部分，所以可以使用濾波器的合成步驟來設計微波切換器，進而大大簡化微波切換器的設計步驟以及複雜度。 Accordingly, the objective of the present invention is to provide a switchable bandpass filter having stepped-impedance loaded with diodes, to solve the above mentioned problems. In order to attain the above and other objectives, the switchable bandpass filter according to the present invention includes a first stepped-impedance resonator, a second stepped-impedance resonator wirelessly coupled to the first stepped-impedance resonator, and a first diode connected to one end of the second stepped-impedance resonator.
