一種抗菌膠體，包含：複數個金屬奈米粒子，其中此等金屬奈米粒子具有小於10 nm的一平均粒徑；複數個金屬離子，其中此等金屬離子具有大於20 ppm的一濃度；以及一介質，其中此介質包含具有至少一還原性官能基的一蛋白質成分；且此抗菌膠體不包含硝酸根離子。 An antibacterial colloid is provided. The antibacterial colloid comprises a plurality of metal nanoparticles, wherein the metal nanoparticles have an average particle diameter of less than 10 nm; a plurality of metal ions, wherein the metal ions have a concentration greater than 20 ppm; and a medium, wherein the medium comprises a protein component having at least a reducing functional group; and the antibacterial colloid does not comprise nitrate ions.
