技術說明

此技術針對不同倍率甲狀腺組織細胞影像進行特徵量化，將現行臨床診斷的資訊進行電腦自動化的分析。運用紋理分析的技術，針對各倍率的組織影像進行紋理分析的研究，探討甲狀腺腫病徵與紋理型態分佈的相關性：分析對象包含低倍率的組織影像極高倍率的細胞影像. 在低倍影像中根據不同組織具有特定的組織影像特性進行紋理分析. 高倍率組織影像, 則根據細胞型態以影像參數進行細胞核型態分析. Markov 隨機域在本研究中用於修正分類錯誤的棋格影像. 最後運用統計分析及分類法則分析，進行臨床特徵與影像特徵的相關性綜合分析，可以完整探求並量化組織的代表性特徵。 The project is developed for establishing microscopic image feature analysis system for thyroid tumor pathologic tissue images on multiple magnification scales. The computerized image analysis system has been developed referring to the empirical rules of the clinical diagnosis and observation. The methodology of texture classification for the different tissues in low-magnification pathological image and the image analysis and characterization for the cellular morphological features in high-magnification thyroid tissue image have been developed in the project. The statistical discriment analysis was implemented to analyze the relationship between the image parameters and pathological features.
