本發明係有關於一種鈣鈦礦結構基太陽能電池，包括： 一第一電極基板；一鈣鈦礦結構基材料層，包括一鈣鈦礦結構基有機無機材料以及一高分子添加劑，該鈣鈦礦結構基材料層設置於該第一電極基板之上方；以及一第二電極，設置於該鈣鈦礦結構基材料層之上方，並相對與該第一電極基板。本發明係藉由添加該高分子添加劑於該鈣鈦礦結構基材料層中，以改善該鈣鈦礦結構基材料層於電極或電子傳輸層之覆蓋率，並降低其粗糙度，從而提升光電轉換效率。 The present invention relates to a perovskite solar cell, which comprises a first electrode substrate; a perovskite material layer comprising a perovskite organic-inorganic material and a polymer additive, the perovskite material layer is disposed above the first electrode substrate; and a second electrode, which is disposed above the perovskite material layer and corresponds to the first electrode substrate. The coverage of the perovskite material layer on the electrode or an electron-transporting layer is significantly improved, and the roughness thereof is also decreased. Thus the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the perovskite solar cell is increased.
